To request a formal cancellation or refund, the account holder must send an email to info@dtci.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Invoice / Student ID Number]" along with proof of payment and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment gateway or direct bank transfer. The applicant will receive an official transaction receipt upon release of funds.
In cases of medical emergencies or documented unforeseen hardship, DTCI management may grant a batch transfer or course credit voucher valid for up to 12 months in lieu of a monetary refund.

You agree not to disrupt, hack, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of this website or any associated student portals, servers, and networks.
DTCI strives for the highest standards in agency performance and training outcomes. However, DTCI shall not be held liable for algorithmic ranking shifts by third-party search engines or social media ad network policy updates beyond our control.
DTCI reserves the right to update curriculum modules, trainer allocations, course schedules, or service packages to align with industry shifts and technological advancements.
DTCI reserves the right to terminate student access or agency agreements in cases of non-payment, breach of confidentiality, harassment, or violation of institutional policies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
