Students enrolled in our certification or masterclass programs are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

• A written cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the official batch commencement date.
• The student has attended no more than 2 live lectures or practical workshop sessions.
• All study resources, proprietary kits, and software access keys remain in good standing.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following categories are strictly non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

• Third-party ad spends paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Domain registrations, hosting server provisions, and SSL certificates acquired on client behalf.
• Completed and approved web development milestones and graphic asset deliveries.
• Registration and examination fees paid to external certification boards.

4. Cancellation Procedure

To request a formal cancellation or refund, the account holder must send an email to info@dtci.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Invoice / Student ID Number]" along with proof of payment and reason for cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment gateway or direct bank transfer. The applicant will receive an official transaction receipt upon release of funds.

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or documented unforeseen hardship, DTCI management may grant a batch transfer or course credit voucher valid for up to 12 months in lieu of a monetary refund.
